Meet Xander Eddy

Xander Eddy is one of the most accomplished young martial artists in the United States and a rising star on the international stage. Known for his explosive athleticism, technical precision, and competitive success across multiple disciplines, Xander has established himself as one of the top junior sport karate and kickboxing athletes in the world.

Xander first gained international recognition in 2018 when he became the youngest WAKO Pan American Champion in Tatami competition history, capturing a gold medal and announcing himself as one of the sport’s brightest young talents. Since then, he has continued to build an impressive resume, earning numerous national and international titles from NASKA, WKC, WAKO while representing Team USA and Team Kumite International.

A multi-time WAKO USA National Champion, Xander has successfully defended his national title for multiple consecutive years and has earned medals at some of the world’s most prestigious events. His accomplishments include competing against elite athletes from around the globe and standing atop the podium at major international championships throughout Europe and North America.

What separates Xander from many competitors is his versatility. He excels in both kata (forms) and kumite (sparring), demonstrating a rare combination of technical mastery, creativity, speed, power, and ring awareness. Whether performing a traditional form or engaging in high-level point fighting, Xander consistently showcases the discipline and skill expected of a world-class martial artist.

As a member of Team Kumite International, Xander trains among some of the most accomplished athletes in the sport. His dedication to continuous improvement, sportsmanship, and leadership has made him a role model for younger competitors and an ambassador for martial arts both on and off the competition floor.

Xander Eddy has traveled internationally representing Team USA in elite martial arts competition across Portugal, Hungary, Ireland, Wales, England, France, United Kingdom, and Canada. From standing atop the podium at the ICO World Championships in Swansea, Wales, to competing in world-class kickboxing events throughout Europe and North America, she has proudly carried the American flag on the international stage. Xander is part of the emerging generation of American athletes competing on the Olympic development pathway for kickboxing through the international governing body World Association of Kickboxing Organizations. WAKO is the global federation recognized by the International Olympic Committee, making it the official route for athletes pursuing potential Olympic inclusion in kickboxing.
